CFM CrossFit Class:

All fitness levels are welcome and will find great results in our these classes. Our experienced coaches are well versed in providing alternate exercises for every movement, ensuring a safe and effective workout for any individual. We will be using constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity and are going to improve your individual capabilities in each of the ten physical skills… Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. (This is included in all membership packages)

CFM Personal Training:

All memberships come with an introductory Fitness Assessment where you will conduct a series of movements to obtain an accurate gauge of your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and your muscular strength. In addition, we offer separate packages for individuals requiring 1 on 1 personal training to accomplish any number of individual goals (Competition Preparation/ Nutritional Coaching/ Weight Loss/ Sport specific training) **Please contact us to schedule assessment or to get pricing information.
