Our Approach

At CrossFit Marana we are excited to help you in your quest to become fitter!! Whether you’re  brand new to working out or a competitive athlete… whatever your background we are looking forward to meeting you and moving you forward in your fitness journey.

Using constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity we are going to improve your individual capabilities in each of the ten physical skills… Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

We know that using a program comprised of constantly changing WODs (workout of the day) to include monostructural metabolic conditioning (cardio), gymnastics (bodyweight movements), Weightlifting (Power, and Olympic)

In following our program you will find yourself to be more conditioned, healthier and enjoying classes based on the principles mentioned above, while working within a community of extremely motivated individuals!!!
